🚀 **Deploy early saves startups more often than a seed round**.

I have a friend who has been building his startup for three months already.

He showed me a demo on his laptop one and a half months ago — a real technical solution, everything looks nice, and he can demo it perfectly.

But when I ask:“*Okay, how can I test it? Just try it myself to understand if it works*?”— it turns out I cannot.

**The funny thing is, it only works on his laptop**.

And this is a super typical problem.

It’s not only him — most engineers I know think and act like this.

They focus so much on building the solution exactly how *they* see it, that they forget one simple thing:

it must be valuable for others, not only for them.

**If you cannot show it, you are not building a product**.

**You are just writing something in the repository**.

Deploy early means one thing:

💡 before you write code or build a feature, your result should already be something that can be shown to the world.

Even if it’s just “Hello World.”

It sounds stupid, but it saves you.

It forces you to focus not on the code, but on the user and the impact — even before you start building anything. It stops a technical founder from running away into code and disconnecting from reality.

A small step into production is always a huge step toward the right product.

**Before thinking “we need to make it perfect,” ask yourself: “how will we show this to the world**?” 🌍
